Ina Collection Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ina Collection. If one or more items from your order do not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Important Notice: UK Returns Only

Please note that returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders at this time.

Returns

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.

2. Return Eligibility

We take great care in crafting and inspecting our products. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Returns will be refused if:

  • There are any personal odours, perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains

  • The item shows signs of use or damage

Note: Niqabs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, as they are worn directly over the face.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you benefited from free shipping and your final order value (after return) no longer qualifies, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • For full order returns, a £2 deduction will apply for handling and transaction fees.

4. International Orders

We currently do not accept returns on orders shipped outside of the UK. We encourage international customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

  • You must contact us before using or washing the product.

  • Photo proof is required for all damage or defect claims.

  • If the item is used, washed, or altered before reporting, the return or refund will not be approved.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ina-collection.co.uk to register your return and receive the return address.

  2. Pack Safely: Use appropriate packaging and include your packing slip. If not available, print your invoice and include it inside.

  3. Ship: Return your parcel via any carrier (Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, etc.). You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return process is not followed.

Cancellations

  • No cancellations are allowed after an order is confirmed. This ensures we process and ship orders efficiently.

  • Please double-check your order before placing it.

  • For any issues other than cancellations, feel free to contact our support team.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and inform you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Returned Parcels Due to Incorrect Address or Refusal

In the event that a parcel is returned to Ina Collection due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or due to the customer refusing delivery, refunds will only be processed after the parcel has been physically received by our team.

Please note that this return process may take an extended period of time, as parcels returned by carriers are not delivered back to us immediately.
Ina Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier return timelines.

Additionally, any fees applied by the shipping company for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
