Returns

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Return Eligibility

  • We pay attention to detail in our items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging.
  • If there is a personal odour, perfume, or a mark of make-up or deodorant on the item, the return will be refused and the item will be sent back to you.
  • Niqabs are not eligible for a return due to hygiene reasons. As niqabs are worn directly over the face, we cannot accept returns to ensure the highest standard of hygiene for all our customers.

3. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you have received free shipping and are returning items, and the final order amount is less than the amount that would qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • In case of return of your entire order, a deduction of £2 will be applied on the refund (handling and transaction costs).

4. International Orders

  • Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the UK.

To make a return you need to follow the steps bellow:

a) Contact our Customer Service at info@ina-collection.co.uk to register your request and provide you with the return address.

b) Prepare your return in appropriate and safe packaging for transport, and enclose the packing slip that you received with your order. You must tick the item(s) being returned. If the return is not provided with the packing slip, you must print out the invoice you received by email and send it with your return.

c) Send your parcel using the carrier of your choice (Evri, Royal mail, Yodel, …), shipping costs are your responsibility, Ina Collection will not reimburse return shipping costs. 

The return is your responsibility until it is sent back to us. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if return procedures have not been followed.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment issuer’s policies.

Cancellation

We appreciate your interest in our services. To ensure efficiency and maintain the integrity of our operations, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

  • No Cancellations Allowed: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. This policy supports our commitment to process orders swiftly and efficiently.

  • Review Before Confirming: Please double-check your order before confirming, as all orders are final once submitted.

  • Customer Support: For any questions or concerns other than cancellations, our customer support team is available to assist you.
